I installed Propel Accelerator and now I cannot seem to access the Internet. What should I do? (Article 1022)

Click on the Propel Accelerator icon in the taskbar (blue propeller icon near the clock), then select Help from the pop-up menu.
Find the "Troubleshooting Internet access difficulties" section for additional troubleshooting tips.
If the troubleshooting section does not help, call us for assistance.
