Configure Find Me-Follow Me (Issue 1808)
Summary
This article will walk you through setting up the Find Me Follow Me feature on your Cisco phone. This is a feature that can forward calls to three phone numbers sequentially at specific times throughout the week.

Login to the phone system in a web browser. Click here to open the login screen in your web browser.
Click on the Call Mgt. tab near the top of the screen.
You will now see a screen that looks like this:
Type the name of your list in this field:
If you wish to create a filter in which only certain numbers are able to call you when you are not in the office, type the number(s) in the Inbound Numbers field. Then click the Add To List button for each number you add and select Listed Numbers. To create the filter for all incoming phone numbers, leave the Inbound Numbers field blank and select All Numbers..
Type the phone numbers you wish to ring while you are out of the office. You can forward calls to three numbers simultaneously. If there is no answer from the numbers in Group 1, the numbers in Group 2 will then ring. Finally, if there is no answer in Group 2, the numbers in Group 3 will then ring.
These are the fields in which you specify the exact times of the week to ring the numbers input in the previous step. PLEASE NOTE: The times in these fields must be in 24 hour clock format (military time.) If the format is not exact, the settings will not be saved properly. Example: The times below are 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After the times and days have been entered and formatted properly, click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
